LR44 battery is an alkaline 1.5 V battery, and the most common equivalent batteries are: AG13, L1154, 76A, LR1154, GP76A. This battery is mainly used in toys, blinking lights, or calculator.
However, if you have more sensitive devices, like a digital caliper or camera flashlight, we recommend using the 357/303 battery. It is a silver oxide battery, compare to alkaline battery.
The main differences is price and usage life. The alkaline LR44 is cheaper, but may not last as long. The silver oxide 357/303 is more expensive, but could last longer.
